HMOs Plumstead Common- meeting

I have been asked to share the below.

At the Plumstead Safer Neighbourhood meeting last week, the overwhelming majority of questions raised related to HMOs in Plumstead Common. As the issue took up most of the meeting. It was agreed to arrange a separate session focused exclusively on HMOs in the area.

Leader of the Council, Anthony Okereke, and the Cabinet Member for Community Safety and Enforcement, Rachel Taggart-Ryan, will be attending to hear directly from residents and respond to concerns.

           Parish Church of the Ascension, 

           Timbercroft Lane, 

           Plumstead Common, 

           SE18

This meeting will focus specifically on the impact of HMOs locally, including enforcement, antisocial behaviour, and how planning policies may change in the future.
